Remember, that it’s also easier to drink water that’s room temperature versus water that is ice cold. |

It is very important to make sure that you drink 6-8 glasses of water every day. Water helps by hydrating your system making it easier to pass stool. You should also try steeping the tea longer for about 6-7 minutes. Your body has to adjust to the effects of the Ab-Trimmer™. If constipation persists I suggest that you stop the cleanser mix for one day but, continue with the tea and make sure to drink lots of water. Remember, steeping the tea for about 6-7 minutes will help to promote movement of the peristaltic muscles along your digestive tract.
